About this site
An astrology calendar and reference where every date, time and degree is calculated, not copied.
What's here
The moon calendar lists every new and full moon with its exact time in Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific time, the degree and sign, and what it means for each rising sign. The retrograde calendar gives station dates and shadow periods, and the eclipse page times each eclipse. Calculators for your rising, moon and other signs are in progress and will be free, with no sign-up.
Who it's for
Readers in the US who want to know when something happens in the sky and what astrology traditionally says about it. You don't need to know astrology already: each page shows the data first, then explains it.
How to read it
Astrology here is for entertainment and self-reflection. The texts describe what a moon or a retrograde traditionally stands for and suggest what you might notice. They don't predict events, and nothing on this site is medical, legal or financial advice.
The dates are a different matter. They are astronomy, and they should be right. How they are calculated and how the texts are written is on the methodology page.
Who builds it
The site is built and maintained by Dima Tretyak, a software developer who wrote its calculation engine and is not a professional astrologer. The site doesn't pretend otherwise.
